Effective: [EFFECTIVE DATE] · Version: 1.0 Published at https://repsens.ai/acceptable-use · Incorporated into the Terms of Service
This policy applies to every user of RepSensAI. Customer is responsible for its Authorized Users' compliance. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
You must have the right to submit it. Do not upload or direct to the Service any data you lack the legal right, consent, or lawful basis to share.
Do not submit these at all:
Audio recordings. Do not upload audio or video recordings of any conversation to the Service. The Service is not built to hold them, and recordings of real customer conversations carry consent obligations the Service does not manage. Note that several states — including Pennsylvania — require the consent of every party to record a conversation.
Permitted: coaching conversations, training assignments, goal setting, performance discussions informed by human judgment, and internal reporting.
Not permitted:
The Service enforces privacy rules deliberately. Do not attempt to defeat them, including by:
Attempting any of these is a material breach of the Terms of Service.
Do not:
Responsible disclosure. Report a suspected vulnerability to security@repsens.ai. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that respects user privacy, avoids service disruption and data destruction, and gives us reasonable time to remediate before disclosure.
The Service depends on honest input. Do not knowingly submit false activity, sales, or funnel data, and do not direct or pressure anyone to. Do not attempt to manipulate ratings or mastery bands by gaming practice — including by having another person complete an exercise on your behalf. Managers: a readiness validation is a record that you personally observed the salesperson by the method you selected. Do not record one you did not perform.
Do not use the Service to violate any law; infringe intellectual property; harass, threaten, or defame; send unsolicited communications; or resell or provide the Service to a third party as a service bureau.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice depending on severity. Where practical we will contact Customer's main manager or owner first. For violations posing an immediate risk to security, privacy, or the Service, we may act immediately.
Suspension for a violation does not relieve Customer of payment obligations.
We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting for existing customers.
