If you're a salesperson

Three things worth knowing, in one place:

Your commission and personal budget are never visible to your manager, owner, or anyone else. That's contractual, not a setting.
Your practice drill transcripts are visible only to you. Your manager sees scores, not words.
Your scorecard is built from the standards your store sets and the data your store's systems send us. Anything your store doesn't measure reads "not tracked" — we don't fill gaps with guesses.
